Yep.  Plans changed.  It’s been a whirlwind of excitement and fun.  We bought a new house!  The timing was way different than we expected.  I can go into a long diatribe about it.  In the end, much has happened.  As Jesus and Judas would say, it’s all for the best!  (That’s a musical reference for those that missed that boat).

Before we move on, when there is an entire sentence in a parenthetical, does the period go on the inside or outside of the parenthesis?  Comment below.

New plans:  The plan still includes a staged reading.  Instead of the Bay, we’re aiming closer to Broadway.  It’s Brooklyn, Baby!  (Not a musical reference).  We don’t have a venue yet and we don’t have the money.  That’s the goal.  While we don’t have any expectations of going from Zero to Broadway, there are many producers and people in the vicinity of Broadway that we’re looking forward to sharing Queen Esther, the Musical, so, we’re Brooklyn Bound!

We’re kickstarting that fundraising we need and we’re not talking about Kickstarter.  I am finally doing what I’ve never really been good at.  I’m reaching out and asking for help.  Kevin Pikkel, my soon to be brother-in-law is helping me get started with fundraising.  Sergio Grisanti, a longtime friend who is an incredible artist is going to help me with some art.  Check out his work at Little Giant Studios.  It’s incredible!!!  My brothers-in-friendship Matt Stern and Eric Wallach are going to podcast with me.  Matt is a Broadway Stage Manager who now helps other stage managers grow and succeed through his Broadway Stage Management SymposiumEric Wallach does so much incredible work as a Director, Writer, Educator, Actor, and being a fantastic Human Being.  My favorite work of his is his ongoing project, Flight 18.
